Rich does a great job from start to finish! As a real Estate
Agent I always tell my clients to use Rich. He takes time beyond
the inspection to explain all of his findings. When he does not
know why something looks the way it does, he gives suggestions
of whom to ask for further direction. My husband and I also used
him on an inspection for a home we wanted to purchase. The home
was in need of several updates. Rich never imposed his feelings
about how to "fix" the problem. However, because we are not very
"mechanically minded" we asked Rich what to do. He gave his
